Paul is zakelijk leider van de NBL en tevens lobbyist alsmede aanspreekpunt voor de communicatie.

Paul is sinds 2001 actief in de Break scene met de crew The Ruggeds en is onder andere betrokken bij World BBoy Classic, The Notorious IBE, Dutch BBoy Championships, Dutchbboy.com, Red Bull BC One en ProdanceTV.
